Operation: MORNINGSTAR is the SANDMAN codename for its dedicated team of operatives based in Los Angeles. Basically, URIEL’s LA counterpart — though it is doubtful, at this time, that MORNINGSTAR occupies the same place of purpose within SANDMAN as does URIEL.
