Sidney Gottlieb

Chemist, biowarfare expert, spymaster, and — until recently — chief of the CIA’s technical services division. He is most “famous” for his work as director of Project MK-ULTRA, though that was certainly not all he got up to during his two decades with the Company. Unsurprisingly, he is highly placed within Project SANDMAN and is one of the members of the OZYMANDIAS conspiracy.
